Vintage Pink Depression Glass Art Deco Fairy Lamp – Flying Saucer Style

This one has a wonderfully unexpected silhouette! Two pieces of vintage pink Depression glass have been paired and styled as a fairy lamp, with the decorative plate inverted over the ribbed bowl to create a fabulous flying-saucer shape. The two pieces feature different patterns, but together they make a surprisingly cohesive design. The ribbed bowl diffuses the warm light beautifully, while the deeply patterned plate catches the glow around its edges and creates wonderful sparkle and dimension. The low, wide profile has a distinctly Art Deco / 1930s futuristic feel—a little elegant, a little whimsical, and definitely different from the usual fairy lamp. The pieces are not permanently attached and can be separated for cleaning or arranged differently if desired. Vintage glass may show minor signs of age and previous use.
