Vintage Bulgarian jacquard woven textile featuring an intricate symmetrical folk-inspired geometric and floral design in burgundy, olive green, dusty pink and cream. Original Cyrillic manufacturer and price tags remain attached. The label identifies Tolbukhin, the former name of present-day Dobrich, Bulgaria, used from 1949 to 1990. Measures approximately 27” x 27”. A beautiful vintage Eastern European textile that could be used as a table topper, decorative cloth, wall textile, or incorporated into a layered bohemian or folk-inspired décor display.
