Vintage ceramic bacon cooking rack made in Japan. Features a cream/off-white glazed finish with raised ribs designed to elevate bacon while cooking, allowing grease to collect below. The surrounding recessed area helps contain drippings. The underside is embossed OVEN AND MICROWAVE SAFE JAPAN, making this a functional vintage kitchen piece for preparing bacon in either the microwave or oven.
