Great for dress-up, Halloween, or themed play. Vintage 1940s WWII Child Red Cross Nurse Pinafore Apron Dress Set w Bonnet Cap I assume this to be handmade. The material feels like cotton. There are a few small spots and the top button on the back is missing. There is an elastic in the hat to cinch it, it has lost its elasticity but I was able to pull on it and cinch the hat without it breaking or tearing.
