For sale is a Staub 12-inch Enameled Cast Iron Perfect Pan (also known as their 4.5qt Wok) in Matte Black. This is a culinary powerhouse made in France, perfect for stir-frying, braising, steaming, and deep-frying.  Condition Details:  Performance: In great structural condition and cooks beautifully.  Interior: Shows light patina/marks from normal use (typical for Staubs textured matte black enamel).  READ!  *********  Handle: There is a small 1/4 chip in the enamel on one handle (see photos). This is purely ecosmetic and does not affect the cooking performance or the integrity of the cast iron.  ********  Included: Original heavy-duty glass lid and the stainless steel semi-circle draining rack.
