Excellent preowned vintage condition. This is a beautiful plate hand painted by the artist Helen Burke. It features a creamy colored plate with 1 inch brown trim around the edge and a lovely woman with blonde curls wearing a large hat with a blue ribbon and blue feather. The lady is also wearing a white dress with brown trim, brown ruffles around the neck, and yellow roses. This is such a cute and unique plate to have in any collection. Hang it on a wall or sit on a stand on your table for lots of comments. The plate measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter and is raised approximately 1 inch off the table. Please hand wash. 8-06605
