NWT. EXCELLENT CONDITION.   This is a Zara Girls Soft Collection dress in size 13/14 (164 cm).  It features an all-over floral print in shades of blue, cream, and rust with a fit-and-flare silhouette and distinctive lace-up ribbon ties through metal grommets on both sides of the waist.  Those side bows are the standout design element.  This particular style appears to be uncommon. I don't recognize it as one of Zara's widely distributed North American releases, and the Soft Collection line often included region-specific designs.
