Calico Critters Red Roof Country Home Sylvanian Families LARGE dollhouse (W6536)

This will go over the 5 pound weight limit so I won't be sending any offers. Additional shipping costs will be required. I will pay them if the asking price is met. I contacted the company about missing parts and they said they don't sell them but to check the secondary market. I did. There's loads of them. But I'm not going to spend my money replacing them since I'm selling the dollhouse. My official listings are only on Poshmark or eB@y — beware of copycats. Bundle & Offer Info (READ FIRST!): Bundles of 3+ items = 10% off Bundles of 5+ items = 30% off I do not offer extra discounts on 2-item bundles, but I may counter with 10% if I feel generous Reasonable offers only; lowball offers will be politely declined Item Info: Photos are considered part of the description — please review carefully Measurements (plushies & clothes) are approximate Some items may need a spot clean; I do my best to ensure they’re ready to enjoy. (I'm not perfect) Fluid measure is to the rim. Other Notes: To keep my shop organized, I may block unanswered messages or offers If you’re no longer interested, please un-click the heart Thanks for looking! ✨ INV-05.26
