Mom & Me 2T Vintage Polka Dot Smocked Bishop Dress Pastel Pearl Accents

An absolute showstopper of a piece! This Mom & Me size 2T bishop dress features a dreamy, bold retro polka dot print in sweet pastel shades, pinks, mint green, soft yellow, lilac, and orange, grounded on a deep rich brown backdrop. The crown jewel of this dress is the exquisite, intricate smocking around the neckline. It features delicate honeycomb stitching and is embellished with tiny stitched faux-pearl clusters across the front and back for the most gorgeous heirloom feel. It's finished off with dramatic puff sleeves and dark accent buttons down the back!  Condition: Pre-owned with flaws. There are light bleach spots/specks along the bottom hemline (see last photos). Because of the full, flowing sweep of the dress, the spots blend into the pattern and fold naturally when worn, making them very low-visibility during wear. Otherwise in lovely structural condition!
