I purchased this from Marshall’s and only used a handful of times so very good condition! I believe saffiano leather is faux leather btw. The style code on the tag inside the purse is „s338” so I think it might be the „Cameron medium satchel” - dimensions are roughly 6x8x10.5 inches.
