These are likely hibachi (tweezers) used for sencha (green tea).
They were stored in my grandmother's sencha tea ceremony set box.
They are thin and small, made of metal, but I have no way to confirm the material.
There are signs of use, but I believe they are in a condition that does not hinder their use.
I would be happy if you could use them casually for practice.
