Up for sale is a beautiful, fully tested vintage Montgomery Ward Model 84-KW two-slice electric flip flop / turnover toaster, dating back to the classic 1930s-1940s Art Deco era. This charming kitchen collectible features a bright chrome finish adorned with an iconic Art Deco fountain and horizontal speed-line motif etched into the fold-down doors. As shown in the photos, this antique toaster is in excellent working condition! The heating elements heat up quickly, evenly, and glow brightly when plugged in. The toaster is equipped with its original dark brown Bakelite side handles and comes complete with a vintage wire plug in good condition. Designed before automatic pop-up toasters, the doors flip outward to easily turn your slices of bread over. It is in very good vintage cosmetic condition with some minor surface scuffs and light interior wear consistent with age.
