Vtg Set Of 3 Southern Cookbooks

Here is a nice bundle set of three Southern cookbooks one from Tennessee from the ladies aid of the Hickory Hill upper Cumberland Presbyterian Church that is in Petersburg, Tennessee. The second one is called Canterbury cookout it is from the United Methodist women of the Canterbury United Methodist Church of Mountain Brook, Alabama it is inscribed. It is a handwritten cookbook Ida Sapp called delicious country style cooking with memories of home every recipe inside and notes from her are all handwritten. It's quite unique. There are some recipes in here I have never seen before or heard about. I didn't even know you could bake llamas there's also a recipe in here for roasted pig stomach, who knew?
