This is a new griddle pan, designed in Japan and produced in Korea.
The main body is made of aluminum alloy, making it very light.
Despite its diameter of 33cm (excluding handles), it weighs approximately 1kg.
With the included silicone handles,
you can easily carry it from the cooking area straight to the dining table.
Being made of aluminum alloy, it has excellent thermal conductivity,
allowing for delicious cooking even over low heat.
It's suitable for cooking on gas stoves and campfire grills,
and thanks to a magnetic material embedded in the center of the bottom, it is also compatible with IH cooktops!
The surface is resistant to rust and scratches, and features a high-quality, hard, special fluorine coating
Enoble Coating with excellent abrasion resistance.
It is difficult to burn even without oil, and it is easy to clean.
