Operational Amplifier, Burr-Brown (BB) Product, OPA637AM, Set of 2
75.90 $
Description
This is the OPA637AM, a CAN-type operational amplifier from Burr-Brown (BB) (now Texas Instruments (TI)), known for its high precision.
The OPA637 is considered an uncompensated version of the OPA627, making it a faster version of the OPA627 with a faster settling time of 450ns compared to the OPA627's 550ns (catalog values).
However, due to the above reason, it performs best when used with a gain of 5x or higher. For unity gain, the 627 is superior, while for a gain of 5x, the 637 is higher performing (catalog).
It is said to have an overall stable and calm sound quality for audio applications.
*Note: Use with a gain of 5x or higher.
