It's thick enough that 3 flutes might fit if you make it into a pyramid shape.

This is a handmade shinobue case for playing at festivals, etc.

This is Type B.
A tie string has been attached a few centimeters from the opening. The length can be adjusted to some extent by changing the fold position.

Depending on the person, if you untie the string or pull out the top fold to remove the flute, we recommend Type A if available and if the shinobue size fits.

The item is folded for photography, so please refer to the pattern on the front in the second photo, which shows the item turned inside out.

Intended for 2 shinobues with a diameter of approximately 16mm, but it is expected that 3 flutes will fit if placed in a pyramid shape.
It may be suitable for items approximately 47cm long (shortest when folded in half).

It is a type that ties with the two strings sewn onto the side, as shown in the photo.

I cannot play the flute at all, so I don't know what length corresponds to which hon-choshi (a measure of flute length).
I make them based on the lengths of flutes my friends in the hayashi-ren (festival music group) have.

The item will be shipped folded, so I cannot be responsible for any injuries. It might be a good idea to lightly iron out the creases.

This is handmade, so please handle it gently and with care.
