Polishing method: SS400 mild steel was polished with artificial whetstone #1000, then polished for approximately 2 minutes.
Magnification: 120x.
Please note that the stone may have been treated with Natural Whetstone Curing Material Ishisan to prevent cracking. This does not affect sharpening.
We believe that placing this stone before a finishing stone will result in faster and cleaner finishes.
