Thank you for your interest.
This is a single fish knife from the esteemed French silverware brand ERCUIS, a purveyor to the French Royal Court.
While Christofle is very famous among French luxury silverware, ERCUIS is by no means inferior in quality.
Although it is a fish knife, it can also be used as a butter knife.
The classical Rococo-style decoration will make your dining table more beautiful and elegant.
This is a rare, unused item. It was only opened for silver cleaning.
Please take this opportunity to consider it.

◆ Size: Fish knife approx. 21.5 cm x 1
◆ Weight: Approx. 57g per piece
◆ Material: Silver-plated (Silver Plate)
※ERCUIS hallmark and Centaur hallmark present

The thickness of the silver plating on ERCUIS cutlery is manufactured to exceed the quality standards (33 microns) set by European and American countries, ranging from 40 to 63 microns. It is used in many European hotels and restaurants, including the Orient Express and Park Hyatt. (Famous Christofle silver is said to be 40 microns, so this is even thicker silver plating... a lifetime piece that can be passed down to your children.)

◆ Condition: Rare, unused item. It was only opened for silver cleaning.

★ ERCUIS: A long-established French silverware manufacturer ★
ERCUIS was founded in 1867 as a silverware manufacturer in the village of ércuis, north of Paris, France.
Its high artistic quality earned it favor with royalty and nobility, including Louis XVI and Louis XVII, and it was selected as a member of the prestigious Colbert Committee. It is also famous as a purveyor to the royal court and is a historic brand that, along with Christofle, supported the French cutlery industry of the time.
