What is Mother?
Mother is called mother of vinegar in English and refers to acetic acid bacteria.
It is a cloudy component produced during the vinegar brewing process, rich in nutrients, and is a notable bacterium said to have various health benefits such as boosting immunity and preventing obesity.

Cloudy Vinegar Rich in Mother
Many clear vinegars are filtered because acetic acid bacteria cause cloudiness, but this vinegar is intentionally unfiltered, allowing the acetic acid bacteria to remain.
