■ Japanese Honeybee Honeycomb Scraps (240g) from Honey Extraction

I keep Japanese honeybees as a hobby.
These are the scraps from this spring's honey extraction.

This time, I have prepared them in a 362g zip bag.

By boiling these scraps in water, you can make beeswax (in very small amounts) and attractant solution.

The attractant solution is intended to impart the scent of the hive to the hive box, so even a diluted solution is fine. (Please dry thoroughly to prevent mold.)
I take the remaining scraps after extracting the attractant solution and place a small ball of it inside the hive.

The product will be shipped at room temperature after being frozen.
* If you do not plan to use it immediately, please store it in the freezer.
Attractant solution can mold if left at room temperature, so it is recommended to use it up or store it frozen.

I use both the scraps after extracting the attractant solution and any leftover attractant solution as fertilizer for my fields.

While it is possible to capture swarms using only the attractant solution and the dango (dough balls),
this does not guarantee capture.
To increase the capture rate, we recommend using it in conjunction with blooming Kinryohen flowers or a waiting box lure.
