[Unused] Wooden Tea Caddy: This is a Karanauri style tea caddy, a traditional craft of Aomori Prefecture, known as Tsugaru-nuri.

Product Features:
Technique (Karanauri): This is a representative Tsugaru-nuri technique where color lacquer is repeatedly applied over a textured lacquer base, then polished flat to reveal a unique abstract speckled pattern (mushi-kui pattern).
Durability: Due to the repeated process of lacquering, sanding, and polishing dozens of times, it is extremely robust, scratch-resistant, and highly practical.
Use: Primarily used to protect tea leaves from moisture and oxidation, preserving their fresh flavor.
