Italy ALPL Junior Express Moka Pot - Used Once
29.70 $
Description
This is a stovetop espresso maker (moka pot) made by the long-established Italian company, Junior Express.
It is a vintage item purchased about 35 years ago, but it has only been used 1-2 times and has been carefully stored since then.
●Manufacturer: Made by ALPL (with PRES-METAL and ALPL engravings inside)
●Country of Origin: Italy
●Design: This model features a stylish, edgy octagonal shape and a rugged aluminum texture that is not found in current products.
●Size
Height: Approx. 16 cm
Base diameter: Approx. 8.5 cm
[Condition]
As it has been used infrequently, it is in very clean condition for a vintage item.
There are some discolorations characteristic of aluminum and age-related deterioration inside. There are also dull spots and water marks on the exterior.
*Regarding the gasket: The original gasket from that era is attached, but it has hardened due to age. It may crack if forced off, so it will be delivered as is.
It can be used as is for collection or interior decoration, but for practical use, we recommend replacing the gasket with a commercially available new one (around a few hundred yen).
All other parts are included and as shown in the photos.
How about this as a special piece of equipment for camping or your kitchen, or as a collectible of rare Italian vintage?
It will be carefully packed and shipped.
Thank you for looking.
