Russian Matryoshka Vintage Nesting Dolls Set of 5 Hand Painted Cream & Gold 5”

A beautifully hand painted set of folk art traditional Russian nesting dolls featuring cream, gold, and brown floral detailing. Each doll is carved from wood, smoothly finished, and painted with expressive faces and ornate folk art patterns. The set displays perfectly, opens cleanly, and includes all pieces—from the largest outer doll to the tiny solid inner figure. A charming collectible symbolizing heritage, family, and craftsmanship. Good condition – note bottom half has a chipped section along the rim, creating an uneven edge. Break is stable with no loose fragments; the remaining structure still fits together (see last photo). Approx. Size of the largest doll: 5” H x 3” W Weight: 3 oz. All items are researched and described to the best of my ability.
