Stella Austria Suede Wool Lined Heavy Rubber Sole Ankle Boots Women’s 8.5

Stella women’s black suede ankle boots made in Austria, with warm wool fleece lining, substantial molded rubber soles, and vintage metal back zippers. A practical cold-weather comfort boot with a low wedge profile and a protective panel behind each zipper to prevent rubbing. The boots are noticeably heavier and more substantial than they appear because of the thick rubber soles.  Very good vintage condition with mild weather marks on the suede, light sole wear, and tiny splits in the trim near the cuffs. The suede has been left uncleaned. Marked size 6, which appears consistent with approximately a women’s US 8.5; buyers should compare the photographed measurements with a well-fitting pair.  Age/Era: Likely 1970s–1980s.
