Antique English Cottage Tea Tin | Pride of Odessa Brand | Storybook Tea Scene |

Beautiful miniature English advertising tea tin featuring heartwarming storybook-style illustrations of an elderly couple sharing tea by the hearth while their faithful cat patiently waits nearby. The charming domestic scenes evoke the warmth and comfort of an English cottage home, making this petite tin as appealing for its artwork as for its advertising history. The front and back graphics show an elderly man and woman sitting at a table drinking tea and are titled 'Tea Time'. Their short-haired dog is at their feet. The lid graphic shows (very darkened) an elderly couple (man reading paper) with Springer Spaniel and is titled 'Interesting News'. On the side graphics there is a young lady tatting and is titled 'Sweet Lavender'. Approximately 3 wide X 2 high. The inside is clean and the hinge is in very good condition. I'd call the tin very good overall. What a neat find and such a unique size.
