This is a 12-inch single featuring a remix of Ignore The Machine from the 1983 debut album Who's been Sleeping in My Brain by Alien Sex Fiend, a positive punk band with roots in gothic punk, centered around Nick Fiend (vocals) and Chris Fiend (keyboards). Tracks A1, with its decadent and chaotic dark, heavy dance beat and distorted guitar noise, is a狂気的 (kyōkiteki - mad/insane) sound that will destroy the late-night dance floor, and the dubby remix on B2 is superb!!
The jacket artwork is also cool.
This is a favorite band of Keigo Oyamada and Sukeshin.

There are light scratches on the vinyl, but they do not affect playback. No skipping.
